Description
Stainless steel is highly corrosion resistant and comes in a variety of grades. Two popular grades of stainless steel are 304 and 316, which are both formable and weldable and can be made magnetic through cold-working. 304 stainless has good heat resistance and 316 stainless is especially resistant to chloride pitting and corrosion.
Uses
Stainless steel plate is used in the marine and chemical industries, textile production equipment, as well as for stamped processing equipment components.
