When you submit an online order, you’re actually submitting a request for a quote. The SteelNow team will receive your request and begin working to source your order. Often, one of the sales team will contact you for more details. This generally includes your priorities for this order, whether that’s the quickest lead time or more affordable prices.

We pride ourselves in quoting customers as quickly as possible. So know that no matter what you need, or what the size of your order may be, the SteelNow team immediately jumps into tracking the product down for you.
Once we’ve sourced your product, we’ll contact you with full details of the quote and if everything looks good, your SteelNow sales rep will transition your quote into an order.
