Terms and Conditions for SteelNow Loyalty Program:

SteelNow's loyalty program (“SteelNow Plus”) is available to customers who have created a SteelNow account.

SteelNow reserves the right to alter or terminate the SteelNow Plus program at any time without prior notice.

SteelNow reserves the right to change the rates of rewards and/or requirements for each membership level at any time without prior notice.

SteelNow is not responsible for any points, rewards, or other benefits lost due to late or incomplete payments or other customer account issues.

SteelNow does not guarantee points will exist forever. SteelNow may, at any time, terminate the point system or change the value of points without prior notice.

SteelNow reserves the right to disqualify any customer from the SteelNow Plus program at any time, for any reason.

Membership in the SteelNow Plus program is non-transferable and non-refundable.

All SteelNow Plus rewards are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

All SteelNow Plus rewards are subject to availability. SteelNow reserves the right to substitute a reward of equal or greater value.

SteelNow is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in the SteelNow Plus program.

The Plus Member tier is for customers who have created a SteelNow account. Plus members earn 1 point for every dollar spent.

The Silver Member tier is for customers who, during the quarter, have (a) spent $20,000 or (b) placed 6 separate orders. Silver members receive:

The Gold Member tier is for customers who, during the quarter, have (a) spent $40,000 or (b) placed 12 separate orders. Gold members receive:

Participation in the SteelNow Plus program is voluntary. SteelNow shall not be liable to customers or any third party for any loss or damage arising from the use of this program, including but not limited to any errors or omissions in the rewards, the points system, or other aspects of the program.

SteelNow shall not be liable for any any indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits, or any other damages, losses, or other liabilities, whether direct or indirect, arising out of any failure or delay to perform, or for any defect in the performance of, any of its obligations under the SteelNow Plus program or in relation to it.

SteelNow shall not be liable for any damages caused by any third parties, including but not limited to any vendors or other partners.

Customers shall indemnify and hold SteelNow harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, arising out of or in any way connected with the customer's participation in the SteelNow Plus program.

SteelNow encourages customers to have fun and enjoy the SteelNow Plus program while taking advantage of the rewards. By signing up for the SteelNow Plus program, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The SteelNow Plus program shall be governed by Texas law, and the state or federal courts located in [what county are we out of] County, Texas shall have exclusive jurisdiction with respect to any disputes related hereto or thereto, which jurisdiction may be waived at SteelNow's sole discretion.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT. The terms set forth herein constitute the sole terms and conditions of the SteelNow Plus program. No other terms, conditions, or understandings, whether oral or written shall be binding upon SteelNow unless hereafter made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of SteelNow.
